Yoga of the Subtle Body with Tias Little
Tias Little One of the World's Great Teachers Returns to Yoga House November 7-10 This transformational and deeply restorative course of practice and study explores the way that fatigue, stress and anxiety deplete the subtle body. Each session begins with seated meditation followed by Somatic Training (SATYA), involving floor work, releasing and unwinding the spine. After a dynamic yoga asana practice, anatomical study of the subtle body follows. A restorative yoga practice concludes each session.
